By filling out the form, you accept in full the provisions of REGULATION and it agrees to send all the documentation required in section 5.

We remind all students that, together with this form, must also be sent:
EFFECTIVE: copy of the bank transfer, copy of an identity document, cv and list of the proposed music.
AUDITORS: copy of the bank transfer and copy of an identity document

Recall that underage students together to fill out this form should download AUTHORIZATION FORM do complete and sign from its parent.
