The Associazione Mozart Italia sede di Terni chose the formula “Palace Music” for its 2012 concert season. The concerts took place in the historic Possenti-Castelli Palace, which was put at our disposal by its owners. The venue is capable of hosting events both indoors and outdoors, in its first-floor Salon and in its central courtyard. In concert with the intimate settings of these performances, the programs featured chamber music, both by soloists and by small performing groups. The inaugural concert featured the prestigious trumpetist Mauro Maur. The resounding tones of Mr. Maur’s trumpet also symbolically opened the concert season, which continues until December, with a calendar of planned events.
