Luca Pier Paolo D’Amore was born in Terni (Italy) in 1977.
He studied with the master Mario Jalenti at the Giulio Briccialdi Conservatory of Terni, where he earned an honours degree in classical guitar in 1998.
In 2002 he entered at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot in the class of the Spanish master Alberto Ponce, obtaining a Licence Supérieure d'Execution in 2003 and a Licence Supérieure de Concertiste in 2004.
He lives in Paris and he pursues an intense concert activity, receiving considerable critical acclaim.
He teaches guitar in the Conservatory of Villepinte (France).
In 2011 he released his first CD "Guitar recital", reviewed by the French magazine Guitare Classique.
