Born in Venice in 1982, he began to study piano when he was just 5 in Udine with Kim Monica Wright, at the Accademia Pianistica Little Piano School.
He graduated in 2000 at the Conservatorio G. Tartini in Trieste with 10/10 cum laude, being – for that year – the younger graduated pianist in Italy.
He also attended masterclass and seminaries with important pianists and teachers like Boris Petrushansky, Giorgio Lovato, Alexander Lonquich, Cristina Barbuti, Riccardo Risaliti, Piero Rattalino, Roberto Cappello and Lya de Barbeeris.
Starting during the first years of his studies, he participated to several national and international piano competitions, being often the winner (Trieste, Sestri Levante, Racconigi, Cortemilia, Lastra a Signa, Livorno) and he played as a soloist in many concerts in Italy (Torino, Venezia, Udine, Portogruaro, Pistoia, Piombino, Santa Maria di Leuca, Acaya) and abroad (the European Parliament of Strasburg).
He regularly plays the piano for the masterclass of flute for Andrea Manco (Teatro alla Scala of Milano), oboe for Domenico Orlando (Gewandhaus of Lipsia), clarinet for Enrico Baroni (Orchestra della Rai of Torino), while teaching piano in the CDMI of Moncalieri (TO).
In the theatre season 2012 – 2013 he was chosen by Nicola Piovani for the incidental music for “la serata a Colono”, first representation ever of the drama by Elsa Morante, directed by Mario Martone for the Teatro Stabile di Torino.
He plays with several other musicians from Turin, Milan and Rome with chamber music projects and he actually is the president of Cultural Association salot|to|musica, organizing concerts and events.
In 2007, he also took his degree in Architecture in Venice and he’s now an graphic designer and an architect in Turin.
