M°Anna Pugliese will be back at the 7Th International Masterclasses Narni 2017 with her special course of violin from the 13th to the 20th August 2017.

Anna Pugliese was awarded the Diploma in violin at the Santa Cecilia Conservatoire of Rome with honours and special commendation. She then took master classes with P. Vernikov, O. Semchuk, and chamber music studies with C. Bogino and Felix Ayo, gaining her Diploma in Chamber Music at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome. She was later awarded the Diploma in viola and has also achieved the Higher Academic Diploma with the assessment ‘excellent with special commendation’, in A. Chumachenco’s violin class. She has performed in important concert halls throughout Italy and Europe (Zurich, Hannover, Munich, Paris, Zagreb, Zara etc.) with various chamber music groups, working alongside famous musicians including Vernikov, M. Quarta, A. Meunier, P. A. Glorvigen, N. Gutman. She has given solo performances accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra such as the Bulgarian National Philharmonic, the Accademia Adriatica Orchestra, the Orchestra of the University of Parma and others. She has performed as a member of various orchestras (A.Toscanini Symphony Orchestra, Parma, RAI National Orchestra, Turin) under internationally renowned conductors and soloists among all: P. Maag, J. Tate, J.P. Saraste, J. Sado, C. Armig, P.A. Valade, B. Belkin, S. Krilov, M. Rostropovic, M. Maisky, A. Lonquich, L. Kavakos, M. Pletnev, L.Maazel, De Burgos. As member of the EUYO she has performed at the Festival Janáček, Czech Republic and in Strasbourg at the Palais de la Musique, for the European Parliament and she has also taken part in the project The Italian Sound in Europe. She has recorded for Sony whit Uto Ughi and i Filarmonici di Roma; for KZ MUSIC whit Solisti Dauni, and for IMAIE whit Quartetto Ibimus and at the European Festival Jeunes Talents in Paris, she gave a recital recorded on CD. She has also worked at the performance project of the complete chamber music repertoire of Schumann recorded with Vatican Radio. She received the Diploma di Medaglia di bronzo ai Benemeriti della Cultura e dell’Arte awarded by the President of the Italian Republic. She is professor of violin at the Conservatoire of Salerno.
